October 2008 -- Precision Door Industries seeks ISO certification
Precision Door Industries is in the midst of preparing for ISO certification. Linda Bot, recently hired as the company accountant has also been named the company Quality Management Representative (QMR). Her responsibilities include coordinating ISO activities, preparing ISO documentation and verifying all ISO implementations.

June 2008 – Precision Door Industries continues to grow.

Precision Door Industries continues to grow and has named Gary Pren as Shop Supervisor, responsible for all manufacturing activities at their new facility. Gary is a certified welder with exceptional organizational skills and has a commitment to excellence in everything he does.

July 12th, 2007 -- PDI is now Looking For Additional Distributors

Now that we here at Precision Door Industries have comfortably moved into our new building, we are looking for additional distributors for our product line. Our new location has permitted us to implement improvements to our manufacturing and assembly lines, thus resulting in short delivery time frames. It is our goal and corporate objective to achieve an improved worldwide market, which is why we are looking for additional distributors.

July 10th, 2007 -- Concave Mandoor Now holds up to 40" of W/G (210psf).

Precision Door Industries has developed a new Convace Mandoor which is capable of holding back pressure differentials of up to 40"W/G. The Concave Mandoor has been engineered and is ready for production.

Jan 1st, 2007 -- Precision Door Industries and Provincial Doors Inc move to a new location.

The sister companies moved to a new locations (3057 Kingsway) in Sudbury. With over 10,000 sq ft, all manufacturing and service is located under one roof. Customers can now order a variety of industrial and commercial doors and rely on an extensive spare parts inventory. 24 hour emergency service is standard here!
